Do not leave in direct sunlight. The color will fade.

To avoid trips and falls the Mo-Po Mat you should hang it securely on a wall or neatly rolled up and standing in a secure corner. 

Make sure the mat is lying complete flat and placed on a surface that will not cause it to slip or slide.

Do not fold or roll up in a ball or the mat will have lines and creases.

Use a steam iron over a white cotton sheet to remove creases and wrinkles. Start with a low setting and gradually increase heat.

Spot clean with a color safe cleaner

If someone wears shoes on the mat, make sure the bottoms are clean of any dirt and debris.

Wear only non-slip socks on the mat.

When not in use keep dots in the secure bag and placed on a flat surface.

Wipe down and or spot clean Dots with a color safe cleaner.

If someone wears shoes on the dots, make sure the bottoms are clean of any dirt and debris.

Non-Slip socks or bare feet may be worn when using the Dots.

If your product is damaged, please contact us or email us at moposolutions@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist you. We will honor returns on damaged items and refund you within 30 days of your purchase.

Mo-Po Solutions Limited Warranty

Mo-Po Solutions Additional Warranty for the Mo-Po Mat and Dots is Intended Solely for Personal, Family, Household, or Training Facility, Athletic Training, and Physical Therapy or other Medical Facilities Purposes. This Additional Warranty is offered directly by Mo-Po Solutions.

WHAT DOES THIS ADDITIONAL WARRANTY COVER?

This additional warranty covers, in addition to other statutory warranties, defects in manufacture and materials in your new and genuine Mo-Po Solutions products purchased directly through Mo-Po Solutions or a certified reseller. 

WHO DOES THE ADDITIONAL WARRANTY COVER & HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

This additional warranty covers the initial purchaser and user only and lasts for a duration of one year or less (“Warranty Period”) beginning from the purchase date considered as the date the purchase is completed with the initial purchaser and user. It does not cover injuries or damages to third parties using the products.

WHAT WILL Mo-Po Solutions DO UNDER THE ADDITIONAL WARRANTY?

Subject to the limitations described below, Mo-Po Solutions will repair or replace any defective products covered by this additional warranty or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser at its discretion.

WHAT DOES THIS ADDITIONAL WARRANTY EXCLUDE?

The terms of this additional warranty provide an additional remedy available to you in addition to any other warranty offered by statutes or common law in the jurisdiction where you reside and use the product. Mo-Po Solutions will honor any other warranty to the extent it must under the law. This additional warranty is limited as follows:

This additional warranty only applies to authentic Mo-Po Solutions products as sold by Mo-Po Solutions or a certified reseller.

Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this additional warranty. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This additional warranty does not cover any problems which result from accident, neglect, modification, abuse or misuse of the Mo-Po Solutions product such as in ways described in the set up and use instructions (including, for example, eating, drinking or keeping on the floor in a high traffic area), exposure to variations in ambient environmental conditions (including, for example, changes in heat, humidity, or moisture, including water saturation), impact damage, commercial use, normal wear and tear, defects or malfunctions experienced during or caused by use not in conformity with Product documentation and technical specifications, damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, abuse, alteration, improper or unauthorized modification, or tampering, damage to your property, home, walls, or floors that may result from installation or removal of the Product, Product that has been resold, damage caused by improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair, damage caused by improper installation, relocation, or uninstallation, indentations, scratches or surface damage (including abrasions caused by failure to use, protect or maintain the product properly), product deterioration or variations in color or marking that are ordinarily expected based on ordinary use or develop over time because of natural processes such as exposure to sunlight, and damage caused to products during shipping.

The duration of ALL OTHER STATUTORY OR COMMON LAW WARRANTIES IN YOUR JURISDICTION, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTIES ALLEGED TO ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE ARE NOT RESTRICTED TO THE DURATION OF THIS ADDITIONAL WARRANTY.

HOW DOES STATE LAW OR THE LAW IN OTHER JURISDICTIONS APPLY?

This additional warranty gives you specific additional legal rights in addition to any other rights given to you via other warranties, other state rights or rights granted to you in other jurisdictions. In the event you desire to make a claim under these other rights, please contact Mo-Po Solutions at the above address and provide notice of the additional right asserted.
