M0-P0 mat

The Mo-Po MAT is part of the Mo-Po movement assessment and training system. Our products help movement professionals assess movement quality, range of motion, and any asymmetry of functional movement patterns/chains that is used in conjunction with Mo-Po dots to enhance movement patterns.

 The Mo-Po MAT is  designed to help movement professionals quickly and easily assess movement with a clear visual color guide. This allows the practitioner to accurately assess any deficiencies, asymmetries, and or dysfunction. Based on the assessment they can then create precise movement and or treatment plan to better serve their clients and patients.

Problems of assessing movement:

• Movement assessment done without a clear visual guide is often hard to assess, prone to human error and often inaccurate.  

 How the the Mo-Po Mat's product design helps you better assess your clients / patients :

• The color of the mat allows you to quickly assess:
• Horizontal displacement of body parts
• Angles of movements
• Quality of movement chain reactions 
• Asymmetrical movements comparing left and right
• Full body assessment of height, distance and angles when 2 mats are used - one on the floor, one hanging from the wall   

Ease of use: 

•  Mo-Po Mat smartly makes use of distinct colors to be able to quickly determine the range of motion without the need for the practitioner to bend over to get precise measurements. Combining the color annular rings and angles, the practitioner and the patient/client can quickly and accurately assess movements.  

• Place the Mat on the floor to assess, measure, and visually cue lower extremity movements and ROM.
• Place the Mat on the wall to assess, measure, and visually cue upper extremity movements and ROM.
• Place one Mat on the floor and one mat on the wall to assess, measure movements, ROM, and vertical displacement.
• The Mat allows you to accurately measure with 1 cm of accuracy.
• By simply recording your patient /client's Mat assessment, you can use it a s tool to review their movement,  use it to show the person their movements and or challenges, and as a before and after tool to show how your program has improved their over all movements.
